Every week, tiny batches of roasted coffee accumulate in our roastery: seasonal leftovers, test batches, coffees that didn’t fit neatly into full production runs… Nothing wrong with them, but they just didn’t have a home.

So instead of letting them go to waste, we decided to do what Boo! does best: blend them with purpose.

The result is a fruity, everyday-friendly blend made from a constantly shifting mix of coffees from all over the world.

The catch (and the charm):

Because every batch is unique. And that’s exactly the point.
